In order to achieve glowing skin, it is very important to get adequate amount of sleep and rest. It allows your body to heal itself naturally. Moreover, you should also invest time in some form of exercise to improve blood circulation and energize your body.
  • Ice pack – This is the best way to sooth your skin after a hectic day under the sun. Wrap a few ice cubes in a towel and apply it on your face. It promotes blood circulation and heals sunburn. It also acts as a natural toner. For best results, wash your face with a mild face wash and apply an ice pack right before you go to sleep.
  • Cleansing & Hydration – It is true that you don’t need a lot of fancy cosmetic products in order to get glowing skin. However, you should invest in a good face wash and moisturizer in order to keep your skin clean, soft and supple. Make sure you go for the natural and chemical-free products.
